ENTRY REQUIREMENTS (all documents should be scaned no pictures)
• Passport scans for all crew (full picture and signature page scan).
• Vessel proof of insurance.
• 10 year Mexican import permit. (please confirm any tenders or dinghies are added in permit).
• Captains authorization or permission letter from owner to operate vessel.
• Captains License picture and endorsement page (if available).
• Vessel documentation (USCG or state).
• Present upon arrival a crew temp log detailing crew body temps for each day of voyage.
• Present upon arrival a singed letter from captain stating no crew present any COVID-19 related symptoms
(can be handwritten).

• Delivery Captains license picture and endorsement page.

PAYMENT
• For vessel entry and clearance the fee shall be $ 490 usd per vessel. This amount includes agency fees for expedited paperwork processing, API port tax, health department COVID-19 clearance, port captain fees for both entry and clearance. There is also an immigration fee for the individual crew tourist cards this is $37 usd per person. As and example if a participating vessel has 7 crew upon entry to Cabo their total fees should be calculated as follows: $490 (agency fees, port caption and port tax ) + 259 (37*7) (immigration tourist cards ) = Gran total to be paid $749.
Note: there is no tourist card payment necessary for delivery crew just for crew participating in the race down to Cabo.
